SHIPPING

Each piece is handmade and made to order. This processing time is the time it takes us to pack and ship your order due to every order being cut to order. Because of this, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER PURCHASE.

Our processing time is an approximation and may vary slightly based on the number of orders and size of the orders that are received. We aim to have all orders out to be delivery between 5-12 days from the original order date. All made to order products are estimated between 2-4 weeks. We ask that you give us the full amount of time stated to provide your items. If we exceeded that time you will then be eligible for a refund.

Please note that when we run a sale, our processing time may increase as we get a significant increase in orders. We appreciate your understand. You will then receive an email once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

We ship worldwide! Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. these fees are out of our control and vary by country. They are the responsibility of the customer and due upon receipt of your package.

If you are making an international order, Please ensure you've filled in your proper address.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery time may vary depending on international customs/shipping locations.

RETURNS

Psalms does not accept returns. We are happy to exchange for another size if we shipped the wrong size. Please contact us 48 hours from when you have received your item(s). If you ordered the wrong size we will not refund/exchange for you. Please read the product description before ordering.

We do not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us, this will be the customers responsibility.
